After taking a shower it’s recommendable to wait for 30 minutes for the blood temperature to return before commencing the application. If your knees and elbows are excessively dry it’s advisable to apply a small amount of moisturizer to limit the absorption of the mousse. You should use the tanning mousse sparingly on your hand’s neck and feet since these areas tend to tan faster. However, moisturizer can be used to blend the product on the top of your hands.

Apply to the body

When applying the tanning mousse we recommend using a tanning mitt. Start by applying the tanning mousse on one part of your body and blend it in until there are no streaks. For a natural looking even tan repeat the process for each different area of the body.

Apply on the face

To avoid wastage and more expenses we recommend using the residual left on the mitt to go over your face. When applying your face you should be extra careful not to apply on your eyebrows and the hairline. For a naturally graded color, you should apply a small amount of moisturizer to the areas you didn’t apply the tanning mousse. The face tends to fade faster than the rest of your body due to the frequent cleansing.

Avoid contact with water or chores that may result in sweating for at least 4hours for the tan to develop evenly.

Rinse

When washing off the tanning mousse you should have a quick rinse and not a long hot shower. This is for tan to continue activating for the next few hours. It’s recommendable to use soap or a sulfate free bodies wash when cleaning up.
